·      Our’ target market includes broadcasting, content providers and video distribution centers. Types of applications are Entertainment, Distance Learning, Surveillance, Corporate Communications, Telemedicine, Replay (Video on Demand), Training, and Web Events for both narrowband and broadband.

·   Over 300 million  Internet users right now are watching bad video if they can watch it at all. Myoffices helps mitigate & solve this problem by providing high quality video at lower bandwidths.

·   To date, encoding has focused on the bandwidth market above 700K. There has been no real “watchable” encoding that works at bandwidths as low as 22k or 37k. As a result, most consumers (very few have broadband) have to settle for jerky, unsynchronized pictures that are very small. Myoffices solves this problem. Competition

• Myoffices has identified two direct competitors. The first is AnyStream, a software only encoding system that does not optimize any video streams but accesses encoding systems remotely. The second is Minerva, a hardware and software company that uses its own codecs for broadband only, not the mainstream of narrowband, using both Microsoft and Real, two of the world’s largest audiences. A third indirect competitor, would be Pinnacle who manufactures a very good video card and a portable streaming system. Although they are in the marketplace, they do not have the Myoffices quality video.
• Other video card manufactures such as Viewcast and Winova are not currently in the space, but may choose to develop technology that would enable them to become a potential competitor.
