MyOffice Resources is a Silicon Alley based business solution provider. The main focus of the company is to develop a global business support service network that provides out-sourced services to businesses ranging from start-ups to multi-national companies.  We seek to establish a business support network that provides companies with turnkey offsite remote services such as instant offices, customer service support, mail receipt services, faxing, equipment rentals, secretarial support services and intranet access via a VPN virtual private global network.  Companies who traditionally have not acquired the appropriate resources tend to be at a disadvantage in the marketplace; we provide access to these resources via membership on a need for service basis. By pooling resources obtained from the sponsoring corporations we create a pool of services that are shared by a multitude of business owners. This concept creates an economy of scale business model. In the past many businesses have been developed at home. In today’s demanding market due to increased demands on resources many business owners are seeking ways to enhance their resources without effectively increasing the overhead associated with such expansion.

MyOffices plans to become the leading outsourced resource solution provider (RSP) & electronic customer relationship management company (e-CRM). We plan to become a leading operator of customer-support contact centers for "brick-and-mortar" and "click-and-mortar" companies. MyOffice Resources will merge other customer contact centers with its existing customer interaction centers, creating a national services firm with many highly qualified employees, and an expanded range of telephone and online customer relationship management services onsite and offsite.

These acquisitions will better position MyOffice Resources as a provider of outsourced customer service and technical support services. This market is expected to rise at least 20 percent this year, to more than $40 billion worldwide, according to market researcher International Data Corporation, (Framingham, Mass.). E-CRM is expected to grow to over $90 billion by 2005, as companies increasingly look to build customer relationships online and facilitate e-commerce.

MyOffice Resources’s product suite serve a wide range of businesses, from Fortune 1000 to emerging dot-coms, employing a variety of high-tech, high-touch capabilities, including email response, live Web-casts, interactive voice response, and other Web-enabled services.

Executive Strategy

Founded in 1991 under the name of Ambiance Enterprises International Company, the company operates traditional customer care, "eCare" corporate and end-user help desks under contracts it signs with Internet services providers, financial institutions, eBusinesses, software publishers and computer hardware manufacturers. MyOffice Resources has implemented an e-mail management software that can respond to e-mails without service representative intervention. Utilizing "fuzzy" logic, the system will locate identified "buzz words" and send an automated response that will in most cases address your customers concern.

Our IVR technology allows your customers to access data by either speaking or pressing the appropriate digits on a push button telephone. This system provides a seamless link between order processing, payment processing, inventory, shipping, and returns and sets the highest standards for accuracy, speed, and customer service. Inventory is received and verified, the right items are picked by location (using a system generated pick list), then packed, shipped, and billed. Everything is reconciled-the charge, the order, the products. Returns are automatically credited by the system. For exchanges, the system creates a new shipping label for the replacement, which is shipped out the following day. Inventory levels, delivery schedules, back-order status, and out-of-stock items are instantly available to all authorized personnel.

Peter. Benjamin has over 10 years experience within a call center environment as a service representative as well as in a supervisory capacity. Mr. Benjamin is a licensed investment specialist with several securities licenses. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Old Westbury and holds a Bachelors of Science and J.D .  Peter has managed and developed staff for several investment boutiques in the New York City financial markets. The licenses currently held by Mr. Benjamin allow the company to offer securities for the online brokerage division. As an investment banker himself, Mr. Benjamin realizes the demands of operating a financially sound business model. His area of expertise is providing consulting services to start-ups and investment advice to high-net-worth individuals. Recently Mr. Benjamin was Director of Sales For Solid Capital Markets where he was responsible for growing the sales staff from 15 – 50 members before his departure and a 25 million dollar acquisition. Mr. Benjamin is responsible for over 500 Million in exits ranging from Diageo brands and responsible for the successful careers of several high ranking political appointees. Mr. Benjamin has trained and developed the careers of several top revenue producers on Wall Street with several million in production. Mr. Benjamin has worked as a consultant for several government agencies from time to time such as the Securities Exchange Commission. Satoshi Nakami has been a key supporter of the corporation over the last 20 years providing quality advice which has been essential in developing the market trends experienced by the company. Other services are available to our members on a fee basis such as offsite receptionist service and business consulting or development service. The core of our business model is the services we provide to our clients; which enables them to exist in a variety of locations without the major capital investment usually associated with operating in multiple locations. Each member will have access to a databank of worldwide professionals ready to provide their services in addition to have inclusion in a worldwide marketplace directory. The services we offer are printing department services, marketing department services, secretarial services and legal services. Each service is also provided to local businesses however member projects take precedence. These offsite services allow larger corporations to thrive by providing emergency facilities during crisis or over use of current facilities.

Our goal is to create a global business community for offline & online. Select businesses will have profiles detailing the services provided as well updated information. Only business members will be allowed to participate in our monthly business profile updates; which will feature select companies of all sizes and backgrounds. All members will have access to our resources such as multi city remote office usage as well as our corporate buying programs. The buying power we will create will provide the backbone for our resource management programs. As a non-partisan service provider we can develop any business.

We seek to provide a buying cooperative designed to enhance the purchase power for our members by seeking volume discounts for services widely used such as office supplies and other services such as travel services. We will have an ongoing marketing campaign designed to create brand recognition. Revenue Producing services

Financial Management Division
A typical broker will generate @ $2000 per month in fees for services rendered at a MyOffices location in addition to 30% of revenue generated via business conducted. We estimate that with 300 brokers nationally with an average of $100,000 in commission per broker (average broker with a 70% payout) the income potential will be $15,000,000. In addition our online brokerage services will provide a key resource for our basic operations via trades placed online by customers within our network. The resources committed will be minimal in comparison to the revenue stream. The typical office will feature DSL or cable modem lines and computer terminals used for brokerage operations. All back office support will be provided by the clearing firms and research will be provided from a central location. This aspect will create a cash cow for the business people we service. The resources we provide; such as secretarial and printing services will also be used for other businesses simultaneously. Services are offered through the Globenettrading Platform.

Remote Secretarial Services

Calls and messages will be taken by your offsite secretary; therefore providing quality services which boosts the business image. Companies will pay per call receiving a performance based billing system. Additional secretarial services will be available such as project staffing, event coordinating, flight reserving and many more aspects of general secretarial services. All coordination will be conducted through our proprietary MyOffices in a box solution. An average secretary can cost on @$25k-$36,000 per year depending on skills and/or benefits package. Since the majority of our staff members will be temporary we eliminate several payroll issues for the companies while we provide a resource for companies seeking quality staff members for future operations. Our business executive support services will provide traveling business people with services such as equipment rentals away from their primary location and also emergency support in times of crisis. Simple services such as document retrieval and printing service can be a lifesaver in a crisis. Paging services in local markets as well as instant services will offer the most comprehensive solutions any business has to offer. Our programs are designed to provide interim solutions on a remote basis. We have access to local markets enabling the company to act as an information resource. We provide instant office service for our clients seeking to have office locations in other regions. Exit Strategy
Via our established network and relationship with our investment counselors we will follow our initial round of financing with an IPO based on the best efforts offering program. We will self underwrite the issue. At this time all initial investors will receive their initial investments back plus the same amount in stock providing the investors with a 100% return on their investment. Due to insider lock up periods the securities received will be restricted under the rules of 144. We intend to seek listing on a viable exchange.
